How do I repair an item?
For all items purchased on diamondintherough.com, please call 888-245-5145 or email us at email@example.com to obtain your return authorization number and repair slip. Write this number on the outside of the box you are returning. Complete the repair slip and enclose it with the item being repaired. You may ship your item through USPS Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Diamond in the Rough. FedEx and UPS will not insure merchandise valued over $500.00. Do not write Diamond in the Rough on the box for security reasons, only DITR, LLC. For items over $25,000.00, please contact us directly for shipping instructions. Once we have received your item and assessed it, we will be able to provide you with more information.

Can I have my jewelry repaired/resized by a local jeweler?
Because our expert jewelers are most familiar with our rough diamond jewelry, we prefer taking care of all repairs and resizes. Using the highest quality materials and craftsmanship, we guarantee your rough diamond jewelry will be handled with care and precision.
